Lane Young
Law Clerk, Lane Young, is currently a student at St. Mary’s School of Law where he ranks in the top 10% of his class showing his dedication to his studies and his pursuit of the legal profession. Lane’s role primarily consists of aiding our attorneys by conducting legal research, trial preparation, case preparation, and communicating with clients.
Lane’s passion for criminal defense is driven by his dedication to defend our clients against the formidable resources of the State of Texas and to provide unwavering support to our clients ensuring that they feel heard and understood every step of the way.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Lane finds joy in staying active through exercise, indulging his competitive spirit through sports, finding solace in the tranquility of fishing, and expanding his horizons through reading.
Spencer Timmerman
Spencer Timmerman is a Navy Veteran who served for 10 years, including two deployments in support of operations in the Middle East, attaining the rank of E-6 (Petty Officer First Class). After his military service, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a major in Political Science and a minor in Communication.
Currently attending St. Mary’s School of Law as a Doctor of Jurisprudence candidate (2026), Spencer ranks in the top 30% of his class and has contributed over 20 hours of pro bono legal work. He continues to serve his community and is growing his hair to donate to children with cancer through Locks for Love—a commitment he has fulfilled once before.
Spencer is married with three children and enjoys spending time with his family, including their dog, Roofus. He loves playing games with his kids and taking evening walks with his family.
Dalton Kajs
Dalton Kajs is a San Antonio native currently attending law school at St. Mary’s University, where he is set to graduate in a year. He holds a BBA in Marketing from St. Mary’s University. Dalton is passionate about his work at Seymour & Vaughn, driven by his belief that everyone deserves zealous representation, especially when facing criminal charges. He takes pride in reaching out to clients to provide comfort and support throughout the legal process.
Dalton values the practical knowledge he’s gaining at the firm and is inspired by the compassionate, hardworking team that pushes him to continually grow and strive for excellence.
Zoe Ramirez
Zoe Ramirez is a dedicated Legal Assistant with a passion for ensuring seamless legal proceedings. With a background in preparing and filing court documents, she meticulously handles client information and diligently reviews legal material during weekly preparations to guarantee that all team members are prepared and equipped to help our clients. Zoe excels in fast-paced environments, where her organizational skills and attention to detail shine.
In addition to managing attorney calendars and facilitating client communication, Zoe values teamwork above all else. Her experience playing softball throughout school instilled in her the importance of collaboration and cooperation, traits she brings to her professional endeavors.
Outside of work, Zoe finds joy in spending quality time with friends, whether it’s exploring the outdoors or hitting the gym. She also enjoys bonding with her brother over video games, and fostering strong relationships both personally and professionally.
Natalie Loughry
Natalie Loughry graduated with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, driven by her passion for helping individuals navigate the criminal justice system. She is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves, and she values the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys. Her collaborative nature and dedication to the firm’s mission enhance her contributions to the team.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved pets, which include dogs, cats, and bunnies.
Gabriel Fitch
Gabriel Fitch graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University. He has a deep passion for helping others, which drives his commitment to serving clients at Seymour & Vaughn. With a diverse professional background, Gabriel brings a unique perspective and valuable skills to the firm, enhancing its ability to meet client needs.
In addition to his legal work, Gabriel enjoys volunteering in his community, where he finds fulfillment in making a positive impact. An avid outdoorsman, he leads an active lifestyle, often exploring nature and engaging in various outdoor activities. Gabriel appreciates the simple pleasures in life, which inspire his approach to work and personal connections.

Tiffani Ramirez
Tiffani Ramirez is a dedicated Practice Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With a strong background in nursing, Tiffani seamlessly transitions into managing the business side of the law firm, overseeing client payments and communications with empathy and compassion.
With her unique blend of healthcare expertise and administrative acumen, she uses her knowledge to help foster success through a client-centric approach.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tiffani enjoys quality time spent with her family and friends, reading books and watching movies.
